Effective for all purchases made via CODEXT's official channels at codext.tech. Payments are processed by Polar.
If you purchased CODEXT Pro without testing the free tier first, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.
The free tier of CODEXT is available for download before any purchase. We encourage all users to test the core bundling workflow with the free version before upgrading to Pro.
If you used the free tier before purchasing, you had the opportunity to evaluate the application prior to payment. In this case, refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
Bug-based refunds: If a Pro feature you purchased specifically for does not function as documented, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5 business days), you are eligible for a full refund.
Platform incompatibility: If CODEXT fails to run on your supported OS version (Windows 10+, macOS 12+) despite following the installation instructions, and we cannot resolve it, a refund will be issued.
Refunds are not issued for: change of mind after testing, purchasing for a platform explicitly not listed as supported, or requesting a refund after the 30-day window.

We process refunds within 2 business days of receiving your request. Polar handles the actual payment reversal, which typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Request a refund →When a refund is processed, your Pro license key is revoked. The app will revert to Free tier functionality on the next launch. Your bundled output files are not deleted — they remain on your machine.
All payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh). CODEXT does not store your payment information. Disputes and chargebacks should be initiated through your card issuer or Polar's support channel. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate license revocation.
